Paul Gordon has been the senior instructor for SOR (Security Officers Requalification) Training Center since its founding in 1992. Paul conducts training seminars at SOR and is a professional instructor. During his career he has had the opportunity to receive training at both the Federal and State level in the specific disciplines that he teaches. Mr. Gordon was a successful professional bounty hunter after his enlistment in the United States Marine Corps where he trained hundreds of recruits as a Primary Marksmanship Instructor. Paul retired from the Oklahoma Highway Patrol as a 2nd Lieutenant, serving as a road trooper, trainer, and internal affairs investigator, where he developed the Protective Services Course for the Governors Protective Detail. Susan Gordon is the owner of SOR Training Center and Coordinator with the CLEET Program required for Security Officers and Private Investigators, to obtain their licensing. Susan also teaches CLEET Phase I and II, the basic unarmed security training, and assists in the presentation of other courses listed in the SOR Program.

Doug Lindsay has been the CLEET Phase IV firearms instructor at the SOR Training Center since 1995, training students in the use of revolvers, semi-automatic handguns, and the shotgun. Doug is an NRA Certified and CLEET approved firearms instructor for the school and occasionally teaches the basic unarmed course, CLEET Phase I and II. Mr. Lindsay assisted in developing the Building Entry and Advanced Shooting Skills courses.
