  • Kansas for 22.5 Hours
  • Missouri for 22.5 Hours



(Members of the “American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys” pay only $200.00 instead of the regular tuition of $300.00)

Starting with the 2017 November Class, American Association members may bring one non-member guest for an additional $200.00.

November 13th thru 15th, 2017

February 12, 13, & 14, 2018
April 20, 21, & 22, 2018 (This Course begins at 1:00pm on 20th)

August 13, 14, &15, 2018
October 19, 20, & 21, 2018 (This Course begins at 1:00pm on 19th)

All classes start at 9:00 am and end at 5:00 pm

This course will be utilizing the 2015 NHTSA training curriculum and is presented by retired Oklahoma Highway Patrol Second Lieutenant Paul Gordon.

This course will train and familiarize the Student in the most current National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s (NHTSA) and IACP approved SFST & DUI Detection Training materials.

This is the same NHTSA standardized field sobriety testing course all law enforcement officers are trained in nationwide and testify to in court.

Instruction includes:

  • The DUI detection process
  • DUI enforcement and the Validated NHTSA SFST Tests
  • Clues of alcohol intoxication
  • SFST validation studies


All modules in the manual will be covered in order for students to become familiar with the most common mistakes made by police officers. Learn exactly how officers are trained to administer and interpret the only validated SFST tests.
